At Koollicks Vault, customer satisfaction and transparency are important to us. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.


Due to the collectible and condition-sensitive nature of sports trading cards, most sales are considered final. However, we will work with customers if an item arrives damaged or if the incorrect item was sent.


Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the item, and photos of the packaging so we can review the issue.


Once the issue is verified, Koollicks Vault will determine the appropriate resolution. This may include a replacement (if available) or a refund to the original payment method.


Refund Processing Time 

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


Return Shipping 

If a return is authorized, Koollicks Vault will provide instructions for the return. Items should not be returned without authorization.


Items Not Eligible for Return 

Because trading cards are collectible items whose condition can change once opened or handled, returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or subjective condition opinions.
